The ingredients are completely irrelevant here. The work is done. If you absolutely need to know what it's made of, don't wear this scent, it's not for you... -Chandler Burr
You or someone like you. You and eyes.
Los Angeles. In this city of fallen angels, fantasy rules. Jack Kerouac wrote in On the Road that “LA is the loneliest and most brutal of American cities.” Woody Allen in Annie Hall depicted Los Angeles as a city whose “only virtue is the fact that you can turn right at a red light.” And yet, dreamers come for the sun and opportunity, to this land of prospects, where a source of hope flows unceasingly. Whatever they seek—happiness, love, money, or fame—the temptations lure them deeper and deeper into this concrete paradise. Chandler and Etienne, an aromatic collaboration. Does Los Angeles have a scent? Impossible to say. But Chandler Burr knows Los Angeles. And he knows perfume. That’s why we decided to work with him to create a scent that an LA woman could wear, and gave this creation the title of his book, You or Someone Like You, set in Los Angeles. And you, dreamers, with your dreams — you can bloom, fade, but you don't give up. You keep coming or thinking about coming, sometimes you stay. Because one day, someone might be looking for you, pointing at you, wanting you. You... or someone like you. You or someone like you.
