TOP NOTES: Chamomile, Absinthe
HEART NOTES: Dreamwood, White Musk
BASE NOTES: Indonesian patchouli with celatokx
Although wormwood, commonly known as absinthe, is associated with alcohol and has a bad reputation due to its excessive consumption in the 19th century, the ingredient itself has numerous medicinal properties and can be found in cooking. Scented with anise and tarragon, absinthe beautifully colors gardens with its silver leaves.
Perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin dreamed of a highly herbal absinthe, realizing his vision in Bel Absinthe.
In the top note, herbal chamomile combines with aromatic tones of absinthe.
The heart reveals the velvety sweetness of the dreamwood molecule (a mixture of woody nuances, with a predominance of sandalwood), wrapped in white musks (helvetolide, muscenone).
The woody base combines an overdose of Indonesian patchouli with cetalox (amberwood).
Alcohol denat., parfum, eau, benzyl salicylate, coumarin, farnesol, geraniol, linalool.
