Time for Valentine's Day love!

Anytime is a good time to fall in love… with a scent!

Valentine's Day aromas don't necessarily have to be bathed in red and pink, although I recommend those too. Or maybe you'll play with contrasts? Black and white! Maybe you'll love nature? Share Frustration... or maybe Caring Water? If you have trouble choosing, it's always worth going for the classics, e.g. expressed as a Declaration of Love.

Love Chopard is a visual Valentine's Day hit! And what does it hide inside? Rose, rose and more rose! That is, absolutely on topic. And so that it is not trivial, the queen of flowers is supported here by spicy (cinnamon), sweet (cocoa, honey) and woody (cedar, patchouli, sandalwood) notes. A dream of many a woman!

Do you like sharing scents? It's so romantic and intimate! Opt for contrast! Reach for black pepper by Serge Lutens or the insanely clean scent for two Ego Stratis Juliette Has a Gun. The latter is a musky-citrus cloud sprinkled with a drop of sea and... blueberry jam.

Frustration has never smelled so good! The latest proposal from the Etat Libre d'Orange house is a vanilla paradise, in which you will feel a very interesting nutty-chestnut accord. It wonderfully envelops and warms, and yet we do not know how much longer we will have to wait for spring. However, if you are really frustrated, do not hesitate to use another scent of this perverse Parisian brand - Eau de Protection . For thirteen years now, it has delighted women's and men's noses with a classic, elegant - but not devoid of feistiness - blend of rose and patchouli. The aforementioned claw is provided by ginger and pepper placed in the top notes.

Do you prefer green climates? You're welcome! The entire Les Simples Roos & Roos trio transports us to the bosom of nature with its aromas. I especially recommend the composition by Dominique Ropion Malamat . Its fresh-green, but also floral character is provided by mint, galbanum, mastic resin, lily of the valley, absinthe and... hay. After all, this spring has to be summoned somehow!

And what about men? The best of the best, or a classic by Cartier . Did you know that the Declaration bottle has a heart shape? Men often have a problem with declarations of love, but with this absolutely bestselling fragrance from 1998, it will go like clockwork. Citruses, cardamom, cedar and vetiver... all the best for a man! Always and forever in my collection!

If you prefer something more modern, choose the new men's fragrance from Boucheron - Singulier . This fresh-woody composition presented in an elegant navy blue bottle is very much in line with current trends. Grapefruit and juniper invigorate, geranium and lavender add aromatic depth, and the woody base makes you feel it on his skin for long hours.
